YoBarre

The fusion flow class combine Yoga, Barre, & Pilates exercises  set to great music using props (light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates ball) to strengthen and tone your body. 

Yoga Flow

This invigorating Vinyasa  class combines  dynamic sequences including strength, flexibility, and balance that will have you focused and ready for your day.
