At Breath Body Soul Yoga Studio, we’ve created a sanctuary for the Tubac community—and everyone who finds their way to us—to explore movement, health, and intentional living. Known for our laid-back, go-with-the-flow vibe, we prioritize intuitive movement, encouraging every individual to embrace fitness and yoga in a fun, safe, and non-intimidating way.
Founded by Sue Berger, our studio offers a unique blend of wellness through a variety of yoga, barre, and exclusive fitness classes. We believe the safest and most fulfilling yoga or fitness journey begins with listening to your body and trusting the process. If something doesn’t feel right, there’s always a better way for your body to move. The magic of yoga is in YOU—not the flow or the pose. Exclusive to our studio are the Yo-Barre and Body 27 fitness classes, created by Sue Berger herself. With over 27 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sue has taught a wide range of group fitness classes, from cycling and boot camp to yoga and barre.
- Body 27: A 27-minute full-body workout combining cardio, toning, sculpt, boot camp, and core exercises. This class is designed for everyone, with modifications available to suit any fitness level.
- Yo-Barre: A 60-minute powerhouse combining yoga, barre, sculpt, and interval training. Beginning with calming yoga flows, the class transitions into barre-inspired body-shaping exercises and cardio intervals. It’s as much about emotional fitness as physical, leaving you energized, focused, and ready for anything. Our motto is simple: “You got this.”
Meet the Owner
A fitness pioneer and entrepreneur, Sue Berger has been making waves in the wellness industry for over 27 years. With a career spanning multiple disciplines and countless programs, Sue has developed and launched successful fitness classes, created sought-after training programs, and mentored hundreds of instructors who have gone on to achieve great accomplishments. Her passion lies in coaching and inspiring others to follow their dreams and live with purpose.
Sue has created a variety of popular fitness classes, including cycling, yoga, and barre. Known for her inspirational and challenging approach, Sue ensures her classes are also approachable and accessible to all fitness levels. In her sessions, you can expect great music, plenty of smiles and laughter, a good sweat, and meaningful results for both mind and body. Sue holds certifications as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, yoga instructor, barre instructor, and life coach.
